Applicable delivery charges will be added according to the customer's delivery location.

5. Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery charges are based on the customer's location:

• Inside Dhaka City: BDT 60

• Nearby Dhaka Areas: BDT 100

• Outside Dhaka: BDT 120

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for checking the product, size, color, and visible condition upon delivery.

If you simply do not like or want the product, it must be returned to the delivery person while the delivery person is still present. Applicable delivery/return charges will be borne by the customer.

For size changes or other eligible exchange requests, applicable exchange charges will be borne by the customer.

If AVRITEX sends the wrong product, wrong size, or a defective product, the customer should provide appropriate proof, such as photos or videos. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by AVRITEX, the product will be exchanged without an exchange charge.

7. Product Condition for Exchange

Products submitted for exchange must be unused and in acceptable condition.

Where applicable, product tags, packaging, and other original accessories should remain intact.

AVRITEX reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used, damaged, washed, altered, or does not meet our exchange requirements.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

AVRITEX will not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers are also responsible for being available at the provided delivery address or coordinating with the courier when contacted.
